We are best known for our famous Brandy Pudding (lovingly called Wickedly Good Pud) made with generous quantities of dates, nuts and cherries kept moist in a brandy sauce. It is rich but not heavy, making it ideal for an anytime treat or a special occasion.

Our Brandy Pudding is best served hot. To reheat we suggest you remove all packaging and microwave for  2-3 minutes on a glass plate. Then enjoy with cream, icecream, custard or brandy custard. Or you can even try it with natural yoghurt. However you choose to eat it, enjoy and come back for more.

Description

Our famous Brandy Pudding (lovingly called Wickedly Good Pud) made with generous quantities of dates, nuts and cherries kept moist in a brandy sauce. It is rich but not heavy, making it ideal for an anytime treat or a special occasion.

This size is sufficient for 6 to 8 servings.

Ingredients: sugar, dates (vegetable oil), wheat (gluten) flour, pecan nuts, glacé cherries (contain sulphur dioxide, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator(citric acid), colour:E127), butter, brandy (3.9%), eggs.

Warning: This pudding contains alcohol and should not be sold or given to persons under the age of 18.

Although every care has been taken to remove stones and nut shells, small fragments may remain.

Storage: Please store in a cool dry place. Freezing the pudding changes the texture.
